Valeo Foods, one of Europe’s leading producers of quality sweets, bakery items and naturally sweet products, has completed its previously announced acquisition of Prestige-96, one of Bulgaria’s leading producers of biscuits, wafers and sweet snack products.
First established in Bulgaria in 1996, Prestige-96 is an exciting addition to Valeo Foods Group’s expanding portfolio. Producing a wide range of branded wafer, biscuits, and mini-cakes, as well as, healthier sweet treats, Prestige is a natural fit with Valeo Foods Group’s growing bakery category and will add to the Group’s fast-growing Eastern European market.
