Our Sustainability Approach and Progress

As a leader in the food industry, we operate within a vast ecosystem that connects our people, products, producers, partners, and the planet. Sustainability is woven into every part of our business, shaping how we source, produce, and collaborate to ensure a positive impact.

At the heart of our sustainability strategy are five key pillars: Planet, People, Producers, Partners and Products. Our five pillars reflect the most pressing sustainability challenges we face and shape the actions we take every day to address them. Integrating a sustainability plan of action into our Group strategy ensures that we can and will deliver upon our mission. We have set clear targets that put us on the path to pursue ambitious long-term goals. Through our Sustainability Framework, we align our commitments with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and take a structured approach to addressing environmental and social challenges.

 

We work hard to limit our environmental footprint, support our people by creating a safe, inclusive and equitable workplace where everyone can thrive. We are committed to producing every product with care to the highest safety standards and actively developing healthier, more sustainable products that align to our customers' needs. We are collaborating closely with our supply chain partners to ensure responsible sourcing of our ingredients and packaging. We also support the communities where our businesses have a presence to cultivate long-term mutually beneficial relationships.
